East Avenue Bakehouse is open morning, noon and night. Our menu features local produce and changes seasonally to showcase the rich food heritage of the UK through our modern British cuisine. We bake our own bread, cook meat to order and import our own wine so everything we serve, is fresh, tasty and supports small scale producers.
We are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and our menu changes seasonally. We are passionate about serving fresh, homemade food using locally-sourced ingredients. Knowing about what we serve is our passion – its history, how it’s made and where it came from.
We have personally selected a range of excellent wines and matched them to our menu. All our house wines come from small scale family run wineries we have visited in New Zealand and Italy whose dedicated producers craft great quality interesting wines. Our staff will also be happy to give recommendations on our selection of local craft beers and ales.
